ABOUT
It all started in our little kitchen in Santa Ana.
After my walking tours, I’d often invite travelers over,
just to share recipes and stories with my mom, Yolanda.
She’s the real reason this exists.
Her pupusas, her sazón, her warmth.
One night, someone asked if they could help…
then a few more did. Before we knew it, we were flipping pupusas
on the sidewalk because the house couldn’t hold all the joy and hungry bellies.
That’s when Galilea my old math teacher showed up.
She brought her energy, her music, her spark.
Suddenly, it wasn’t just dinner.
It became Pupusas Club.
A space to cook together. Learn together. And connect through flavor, rhythm, and tradition.
Galilea is still on the grill. Yolanda is still dancing.
And I’m still here, inviting you to be part of it.
What started as family dinners has become something bigger
a space for connection, culture, and community. A three-hour cooking class
where people from all over the world come together to chop, flip, grill, and laugh.

Misión
To offer fun, hands-on cooking classes that teach travelers how to make traditional Salvadoran pupusas, while sharing local culture and building community.
Visión
To become a reference for Salvadoran food experiences — inspiring cultural connection through food, one pupusa at a time while empowering locals.
